We get to know our olive groves intimately, we harvest at the peak of ripeness and we work with both oliari and blending masters who select the precise samples that will ensure Extra Virgin Olive Oil blends of impeccable quality.

Founders Edition

Passion in Oil Form. This very special blend is the result of a painstaking combination of 4 varieties of olives: Hojiblanca, Cornicabra, Nocellara de Belice and Arbequino. The result is a fresh, well-balanced oil with an intense fruity flavor. The aromas that make up this harmony are green grass, banana, almond and artichoke, which go well with its wildflower and citrus notes. On the palate, it’s a very bitter oil with medium spiciness.
