– Sourdough bread slices
– 1–2 tomatoes, sliced
– 1 garlic clove, grated
– 2 balls fresh mozzarella, sliced
– Arugula
– 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
– Fresh basil
– 2 tbsp Carapelli Organic EVOO
Directions
1 Mix grated garlic with olive oil and brush on bread slices.
2 Toast at 400°F (200°C) until golden.
3 Layer tomato, mozzarella, and basil on each toast.
4 Return to oven until cheese melts.
5 Top with arugula, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
