Ingredients

– Spaghetti or linguine
– Prawns
– Mussels
– Squid, sliced
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– Carapelli Organic EVOO
– Grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh parsley


Directions

1 Cook pasta according to package instructions.

2 Boil mussels in salted water until they open.

3 Sauté prawns in 3 tbsp olive oil until cooked. Remove.

4 Sauté squid in the same pan until tender.

5 Add pasta to the pan with prawns and squid, plus a bit of pasta water.

6 Stir in Parmesan and mussels. Garnish with parsley and drizzle with olive oil.
